Public Law 115-34: Modernizing Government Travel Act

Public Law 115-34 requires the GSA to create regulations allowing federal employees to be reimbursed for travel using Uber, Lyft, or similar technologies.

Requires the General Services Administration (GSA) to create regulations allowing federal employees to be reimbursed for travel using Uber, Lyft, or similar technologies.  Requires that the GSA report annually on reimbursements paid for these forms of travel and possible cost savings.
