Copies of the FY2017 Federal budget. Public Law 115-31 enacts the final FY2017 appropriations. This was done as an amendment to the HIRE Vets Act, a bill creating a recognition and reward program for businesses that hire veterans.

Provides appropriations (spending limits) to keep the government funded through the end of Fiscal Year 2017 (FY2017).  The appropriations provisions were added into the HIRE Vets Act, which sets up a program to recognize and reward employers who hire veterans.
