HR806: Ozone Standards Implementation Act of 2017

Amends the Clean Air Act to delay implementation of ozone air quality standards originally published in 2015, changing the review period for pollutants from a five to ten year cycle, and prohibits the EPA from completing its next review of ozone air quality standards until 2025.
