This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and, as appropriate, the National Counterterrorism Center, to submit to Congress an unclassified report on an incident of terrorism in the United States as soon as the investigation of such incident is completed by the primary government agency.
