HR1180: Working Families Flexibility Act of 2017

This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to authorize employers to provide compensatory time off to private employees at a rate of not less than 1 1/2 hours for each hour of employment for which overtime compensation is required. Sets guidelines for the offering and use of such compensatory time off.
