HR1214: Disaster Simplified Assistance Value Enhancement Act

This bill requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to establish the repair cost threshold for eligibility for major disaster assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act’s simplified procedures program at $500,000 until September 30, 2021.
