HR3003: No Sanctuary for Criminals Act

Bans federal, state or local governments from prohibiting their employees from complying with federal immigration law or cooperating with federal enforcement of such laws.  States or other entities found in breach of this law would be ineligible to receive DHS or DOJ grants. Allows for aliens to be held in detention indefinitely pending deportation.
