Continuing resolution to keep the government funded through February 8, 2018.  Also extends the Children’s Heath Insurance Program, suspends taxes on medical devices imposed as part of the ACA. Added into a bill that bars the GPO from giving members of Congress free printed copies of the Federal Register unless specifically requested.
